Lemon Grass

Also known as lemon grass tips, this herb is especially popular in Northern Europe where it is used in potato salads, and to make gravadlax, the much-loved marinated smoked salmon dish. Indeed,Lemon grass makes an especially good addition to most fish dishes. Its strong anise flavour will fade quickly with cooking, so we recommend adding this right at the end of cooking, or just sprinkled over your finished dish.
